At Erija & Laliha, many of our pieces are thoughtfully produced in limited batches or prepared upon reservation. As a result, certain products may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
We appreciate your patience and support for slower, more intentional production.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently ship across India.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
To support thoughtful limited-batch production, we currently operate through prepaid orders only.
Most ready-stock pieces are generally dispatched within approximately 4–10 business days.
Certain reservation-based, customized, altered, or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time before dispatch.
Estimated dispatch timelines for such products will be mentioned on the respective product page and may generally range between approximately 4–6 weeks depending on:
- fabric preparation,
- production schedules,
- customization requirements,
- operational capacity,
- and courier timelines.
Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the logistics provider and destination location.
International Orders
We currently offer international orders selectively.

Additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country and shall be the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Reservation-Based Pieces
Some products may be available through limited-batch reservations.
Where reservations are offered:
- a reservation amount may apply,
- reservation amounts may be redeemable against the final purchase,
- production begins based on upcoming batch allocation and fabric preparation.
Estimated dispatch timelines for reservation-based pieces will be communicated on the product page.
Delays
While we aim to dispatch all orders within estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- fabric preparation,
- handcrafted production processes,
- logistics interruptions,
- public holidays,
- weather conditions,
- supplier delays,
- or unforeseen operational circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before:
- production begins,
- customization starts,
- or dispatch takes place.
Once production, customization, reservation allocation, or shipping has commenced, cancellations may not be possible due to the made-to-order and limited-batch nature of our products.
Reservation charges, shipping-related charges, and certain service-related fees may be non-refundable where applicable.

Returns
As many of our garments are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order formats, we are unable to accept general returns.
Returns are accepted only in cases where:
- the item received is damaged,
- the item received is defective,
- or an incorrect item has been delivered.
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, products must be:
- unused,
- unwashed,
- in original condition,
- with tags and packaging intact.
Size Exchange
Size exchange requests may be made within 7 days of delivery, subject to:
- availability,
- fabric availability,
- production feasibility.
Customized, altered, or specially tailored pieces are not eligible for exchange.
We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective or incorrect:
- customized garments,
- altered pieces,
- made-for-you products,
- specially tailored items,
- final sale items.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.
Refunds are generally initiated through the original payment method.
Processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks.
Shipping charges, reservation charges, customs duties, and similar service-related costs may be non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
