All products are subject to availability.

Erija & Laliha primarily operates through limited-batch and thoughtfully produced collections. Certain pieces may be produced in small quantities upon reservation.

As a result:

• some products may have limited ready stock,
• certain pieces may be available through reservation-based production,
• availability may vary depending on fabric preparation, production timelines, and operational capacity.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, revise descriptions, pricing, or availability, limit quantities purchased, or temporarily pause production, without prior notice.

3. Reservations & Limited Batch Production

Certain products may be offered through a reservation system for upcoming production batches. Reservation-based pieces are thoughtfully produced in limited quantities and may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

Where applicable:

• a reservation amount may be charged,
• such amount may be redeemable against the final purchase,
• estimated dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page.

Reservation amounts are generally non-refundable once production allocation has been confirmed, except where the order cannot be fulfilled by us. Reservations do not guarantee perpetual product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel reservations, limit reservation quantities, modify production timelines, or issue refunds where production becomes unavailable or impractical.

Estimated timelines are approximate and may vary slightly due to fabric preparation, handcrafted processes, production schedules, logistics, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification. After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation via email or message. This confirms receipt of your order, but does not constitute final acceptance.

Your order is considered accepted once production begins or the product is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, request additional verification, limit quantities purchased, or reject orders suspected of fraud, resale, misuse, or unauthorised transactions. Where an order is cancelled by us, any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not directly store complete payment card information.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

While we strive for accuracy, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or product information may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error, cancel the affected order, or issue an applicable refund. Prices may change without prior notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India. For international orders, customers may contact us directly.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on production timelines, fabric preparation, customisation requirements, courier operations, location, and external circumstances.

Most ready-stock pieces are generally delivered within approximately 4–10 business days. Reservation-based or limited-batch products may require additional preparation time, with estimated dispatch timelines communicated on the product page — generally ranging between approximately 4–6 weeks depending on production schedules and fabric availability.

Delays caused by logistics providers, natural events, public holidays, supplier interruptions, or unforeseen operational circumstances are beyond our control and shall not make us liable for compensation.

7. Made-to-Order & Made for You

Handcrafted and made-to-order pieces may have natural variations in:

• print placement,
• embroidery,
• texture,
• colour tone,
• handcrafted detailing,
• finishing details.

These may naturally occur and are considered part of the character and craftsmanship of the piece.

Select styles may be tailored in length or fit under our Made for You offering.

Customised, altered, or specially tailored pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or incorrect.

8. Returns & Exchanges

As many of our garments are produced in limited batches or made-to-order formats, we are unable to accept general returns.

Returns are accepted only in the case of:

• damaged products,
• defective products,
• incorrect items received.

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Size Exchange

Size exchange requests may be made within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability, fabric availability, and production feasibility. Customised or altered pieces are not eligible for exchange. We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. Refunds will generally be initiated through the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks.

Shipping charges, duties, convenience fees, reservation charges, or other service-related fees may be non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

10. Product Representation

We make every effort to display colours, textures, fabrics, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to:

• lighting conditions,
• photography,
• screen settings,
• fabric dyeing processes,
• production batches,
• handcrafted finishing techniques.

Such natural variations shall not be considered defects.

11. User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree:

• to provide accurate and complete information,
• to ensure delivery details are correct,
• not to misuse the website or services,
• not to place fraudulent or unauthorised orders,
• not to interfere with website functionality or security.

We reserve the right to suspend access, refuse service, or cancel orders if misuse or violation of these Terms is suspected.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, prints, artwork, images, text, graphics, logos, product concepts, collection names, and branding — is the intellectual property of Erija & Laliha and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used without prior written permission.

13. No Scraping or AI Use

No content from this website — including images, designs, prints, product descriptions, artwork, branding, or creative assets — may be scraped, extracted, reproduced, republished, commercially reused, used for artificial intelligence training, used for machine learning systems, or accessed through automated data collection methods, without prior written permission from us.

14. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for payment processing, logistics, hosting, analytics, and communication services. We are not responsible for the policies, actions, delays, or technical issues of such third-party services or platforms.

15. Site Security & Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorised access to the website,
• interfere with website security,
• distribute malicious software or harmful code,
• engage in scraping, phishing, spam, fraud, or abusive activity,
• use automated systems to access the website without authorisation.

Any violation may result in restricted access, account suspension, order cancellation, or legal action where applicable.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erija & Laliha shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages,
• delays in delivery,
• technical interruptions,
• inaccuracies caused by third-party services,
• losses arising from misuse of the website,

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We collect customer information only for purposes including order processing, reservation management, delivery, customer support, communication, service improvement, and release notifications. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

18. Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins or dispatch takes place. Reservation cancellations may not be possible once production allocation has been confirmed.

Once production or shipping has commenced, cancellation may not be possible due to the made-to-order and limited-batch nature of our products.

19. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if these Terms are violated.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of West Bengal, India.

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
