Refund Policy
At Erija & Laliha, many of our garments are thoughtfully produced in limited batches, prepared upon reservation, or made specifically for each customer. Because of this, our refund policy is designed to balance fairness, craftsmanship, and responsible production.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
• the item received is damaged,
• the item received is defective,
• or an incorrect item has been delivered.
We are unable to offer refunds for:
• change of mind,
• preference changes,
• minor colour variations,
• slight print placement differences,
• handcrafted detailing variations,
• sizing issues where measurements provided were inaccurate,
• delays caused by courier providers or unforeseen external circumstances.
Return Request Timeline
Refund or return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.

• clear photographs,
• and a brief explanation of the issue.
Return Conditions
To qualify for refund review, products must be:
• unused,
• unwashed,
• unworn,
• in original condition,
• with tags and packaging intact.
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for refunds.
Reservation-Based & Made-to-Order Pieces
Certain pieces may be produced through reservation-based or limited-batch production.
For such products:
• reservation charges may be non-refundable once production allocation has been confirmed,
• cancellations may not be possible once production begins,
• refunds may not apply to customized or specially prepared pieces unless defective or incorrect.
Where production cannot be fulfilled from our side, eligible refunds may be issued accordingly.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable unless defective or incorrect:
• customized garments,
• altered pieces,
• made-for-you products,
• specially tailored items,
• final sale items,
• reservation charges,
• shipping-related charges,
• customs duties or taxes where applicable.
Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Once approved, refunds are generally initiated through the original payment method.
Processing timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
Exchanges Instead of Refunds
Where possible and operationally feasible, we may offer:
• replacement,
• repair,
• alteration,
• or size exchange
instead of a refund.
Size exchanges remain subject to:
• availability,
• fabric availability,
• and production feasibility.
Delays & External Factors
We are not responsible for refund obligations arising solely from:
• courier delays,
• weather disruptions,
• public holidays,
• supplier delays,
• production interruptions beyond reasonable control,
• or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
